My bank is shutting down (turning into normal accounts with their partner bank, so losing lots of features I use). I signed up the Monzo beta in the US a long time ago and they told me in March that I was near the top of the waitlist.

They never told me that I had reached the top. I downloaded the app and just got told my card is on the way after putting in some info. Why did I never get an email???
